Work in Progress/New Work - April 2025

I’ve queued up ideas for three new series of paintings inspired by area where I grew up. The first series, a quartet of paintings, pays homage to the sand dunes and ice plants that define central California’s shorelines. In addition, a recently completed painting - a housewarming gift for my friends Michael and Serge. The painting features Michael and Serge surrounded by layers of symbolism that weave a narrative along with a framed image showcasing their new home.
